Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using our theme, plugin, or any product from us. By completing a purchase or downloading any product from our website, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our products and services sold and managed through Freemius — a third-party licensing, payment, and subscription management platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our products following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Licensing

When you purchase a product from us, you are purchasing a license to use our product — not ownership of the product itself. The product, including all of its code, design, documentation, and associated files, remains our company’s intellectual property at all times.

What your license includes:

Upon completing a valid purchase, you are granted a non-transferable license to install and use the purchased product on the number of websites specified at the time of purchase. Unless you have purchased a specific multi-site or developer license, this license covers a single website installation.

Continued access to support and updates requires license renewal.

Account Creation

Upon your first successful purchase, a customer account will automatically be created for you. You will receive a confirmation email containing:

• Your purchased product information
• Your license key
• Your invoice and payment receipt
• Instructions for activating your product and accessing your account

Each purchase includes a license key that enables product activation, automatic updates, and customer support according to your purchased plan.

License Types

We offer two license types:

a. Annual License

An annual license grants you access to product updates and customer support for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. At the end of the twelve-month period, your license will expire unless renewed. The product will continue to function on your website after expiry, but you will no longer receive updates or support until the license is renewed.

b. Lifetime License

A lifetime license is a one-time purchase that grants you perpetual use of the product with no annual renewal required. Lifetime license holders receive product updates and customer support for as long as we continue to develop and actively support the product. There are no recurring charges associated with a lifetime license.

Website Activation Limits

Both annual and lifetime licenses are available in the following site tiers:

You may deactivate a license from one website and activate it on another at any time, provided you do not exceed your purchased activation limit.

The pricing for each license type and site tier is displayed clearly on our pricing page and at checkout at the time of purchase.

Choosing the Right License

• If you are building or managing a single personal or business website, the 1 Site license is appropriate.
• If you manage a small number of client or personal websites, the 3 Sites license provides flexibility.
• If you are an agency, developer, or power user managing a larger portfolio of websites, the 100 Sites or 1000 Sites license eliminates the need to purchase individual licenses per project.
• If you prefer a one-time investment with no recurring costs, the Lifetime license in your required site tier is the best option.

License Ownership and Transfer

Your license is issued to the email address used at the time of purchase and is managed through your account. Licenses may not be transferred, resold, or assigned to another individual or organization without our prior written consent. If you are purchasing on behalf of a client or employer, the license should be registered in the name of the entity responsible for the website.

Open Source and GPL Compliance

Our products are built on WordPress, which is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2 or later. PHP-based product code is subject to the GPL. However, design assets, graphic elements, JavaScript components, and premium feature sets may be subject to proprietary licensing terms as detailed in the product’s documentation. The GPL does not grant you the right to redistribute our premium products, remove license enforcement, or bypass license validation.

2. Restrictions

Your license grants you specific rights to use our products, but it also comes with restrictions that protect the integrity of our products and the rights of our company. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share our products as standalone products.
• Claim ownership of our products, designs, code, or intellectual property.
• Remove or alter copyright notices, licensing information, or proprietary markings.
• Use our products in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful manner.
• Modify and redistribute our themes as competing commercial products.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any protected portions of our products beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your license without refund.

3. Liability

Our products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we make every effort to ensure compatibility, security, and reliability, we do not guarantee that our products will operate without interruption or error in every hosting environment, plugin, or third-party customization.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
• We are not responsible for the content of websites built using our products.
• We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, lost profits, or website downtime.
• Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their websites and data before installing updates or making significant changes
• We are not responsible for the performance, security, or continued availability of any third-party service, plugin, or tool. Changes made by third-party developers to their products may affect the compatibility or functionality of our products, and we cannot guarantee that compatibility will be maintained indefinitely.
• We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations under these terms that results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, server outages, cyber attacks, changes in law or regulation, or any other event that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented.

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to our products shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable license.

4. Pricing, Taxes and Payments

All purchases are securely processed through Freemius, our Merchant of Record.

• All prices displayed on our website exclude VAT (Value Added Tax).
• VAT, GST, or other applicable sales taxes are calculated and added during checkout in accordance with the tax laws of your country or region.
• The final amount payable will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
• Freemius is responsible for securely processing payments, collecting applicable taxes, and issuing invoices.

5. Renewals

All subscription renewals, billing cycles, and renewal management are handled through the Freemius platform.

Annual License Renewal

Your annual license is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

Unless auto-renewal is cancelled before the renewal date, annual subscriptions may renew automatically according to the subscription terms accepted during purchase.

Renewing your license ensures continued access to:

• Theme updates
• Security fixes
• New features
• Compatibility updates
• Premium customer support

If your annual subscription expires or is cancelled:

• Your installed product will continue to function.
• You will no longer receive updates or premium support.
• Premium downloads and new releases may no longer be accessible until the license is renewed.

Please note that deactivating your license on your website does not automatically cancel your subscription. Subscription management and cancellation must be performed through your customer account.

Managing Your Subscription

All of the following renewal-related actions are managed directly through your account dashboard:

• Viewing your current license status and expiry date
• Enabling or disabling auto-renewal
• Updating your payment method
• Downloading invoices and receipts
• Upgrading your license tier (e.g., from 1 Site to 3 Sites, or from Annual to Lifetime)
• Cancelling your subscription

Renewal Pricing

Renewal pricing is set and displayed in your customer account. We offer renewal rates at a discount from the standard purchase price as a gesture of appreciation for continuing customers. All renewal prices are exclusive of VAT; applicable VAT will be calculated and applied at the time of renewal in accordance with the tax laws of your country. We reserve the right to adjust renewal pricing, and we will communicate any pricing changes to you in advance of your renewal date.

Refund Policy on Renewals

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on initial purchases. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed, except in cases of billing error. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, please contact our support team within 7 days.

Lifetime License — No Renewal Required

Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase with no renewal requirement and no recurring charges. Lifetime license holders receive theme updates and customer support for as long as we continue to develop and actively support the theme. Lifetime licenses are non-refundable after the 7-day money-back guarantee period. In the unlikely event that we discontinue a product, lifetime license holders will be notified in advance and offered appropriate alternatives where possible.

Lapsed Annual Licenses

If your annual license has lapsed and you wish to reinstate it, you may do so by purchasing a renewal through your account or by purchasing a new license from our website. Lapsed license renewals do not entitle you to updates or support that were released during the lapsed period. If you find that maintaining an annual license is inconvenient, we recommend considering an upgrade to a Lifetime license to eliminate renewal management.
