Company Story:
Korathemes was founded on January 1, 2025.
The journey of Korathemes began with a conversation at a college reunion, where four friends—each working with WordPress products at different companies—shared their experiences and discussed the challenges they had encountered throughout the industry. While some products featured beautiful designs, they often lacked advanced functionality. Others were packed with features but fell short in design, usability, and overall user experience. We also believed there was significant room to improve WordPress standards by creating products that were more intuitive, reliable, and user-friendly.
Although we had plenty of ideas, implementing them wasn’t always possible while working for other companies. We respected the decisions, priorities, and product direction of our employers, but we knew there was a better way to build WordPress solutions.
Over the times, that shared passion grew from frustration into opportunity, and eventually into a determination to build something of our own. So, on January 1, 2025, instead of making another New Year’s resolution destined to be forgotten, we founded Korathemes. Since then, we have focused on developing WordPress products that balance thoughtful design, practical functionality, and an enjoyable user experience.
