If your purchase is refunded, the associated license key will be deactivated, and access to premium downloads, updates, and support will be revoked.

- You expected features that were never advertised or included.
- You request custom development, design modifications, or additional functionality not included with the product.
- Your website has been modified by third parties, resulting in issues unrelated to our theme.
- The product has been downloaded, modified, or used in violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Refund Process
